The LegalB Rule of Law website and database is designed to assist the pubic, researchers and legal practitioners to build insight into the Rule of Law (ROL) as it works on a daily basis, and to implement and maintain effective and cost-effective responses to its breakdown. Legislation-related compliance analysis is the first step in achieving that
This is because, in the scheme of things, it is only by challenging specific instances of the breakdowns in the ROL, in particular by members of the public faced with the negative effects of that breakdown who through their legal professional representatives try and correct that by approaching the courts
