Technical Rule of Law Audits

Technical Rule of Law (ROL) audits of legislation and administrative action are NECESSARY first steps in establishing who is or is not at risk of being held legally accountable in terms of legislation, executive orders or administrative requirements: This is because it establishes not only the risk of non-compliance with legislation and its application that does fulfill the requirements of the ROL, but the risk of compliance with or demands for compliance with legislation and administrative action that have not complied with the ROL.  

 

Technical ROL audits of legislation and executive and administrative orders should be the basis of all compliance matters, all and legal risk related assessment
