Long title To amend the Petroleum Products Act so as to define certain expressions and to substitute or delete certain definitions; to provide for the licensing of persons involved in the manufacturing or sale of petroleum products; to promote the transformation of the South African petroleum and liquid fuels industry; to prohibit certain actions relating to petroleum products; to amend, substitute or repeal obsolete provisions; to provide for appeals and arbitrations; to authorise the Minister of Minerals and Energy to make specific regulations; to substitute the long title; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
