To amend the Gambling and Betting Act, 1997 (Act No. 5 of 1998) (Eastern Cape); to amend a definition; to provide for the delegation of certain powers; to create certain exclusions; to provide for the control of the number of gambling devices; to provide for temporary casinos and abandonment of licences; to province for concessionaires on casino premises; to extend the period of validity of the licences for bookmakers; to extend the definition of key persons; to extend the period of validity of certain existing licences; to adjust fees payable in respect of applications and registrations and to provide for matters incidental thereto;
