Long title

To amend the Northern Transvaal House of Traditional Leaders Act, 1994, so as to amend the date of commencement to amend the period within which the House is to be convened; to amend the provision that the Premier or any person designated by him shall be the Chairperson at the first meeting of the House; to provide therefor that the Premier may designate such staff as may be necessary for the first meeting of the House; and to provide for incidental matters
